Ideas and a BIG apology

Anyway, I know that there has been some *MAJOR* neglect here ... SORRY!
Thanks to everyone for their words ... =]]]]]]

There are some really good ideas for stories racing through my head at the moment. I just need to be able to get them onto paper:

Two friends who email or letter each other ... I've read stories like that and they're really good. I just need to trick out some plot details ... and a bit of character stuff ...
A magic school one (it's nothing like Harry Potter btw, more like the Charlie Bone books actually ... ) - I've a lot of the details for that already XD Just need to get writing
Plus more half-formed ideas and the ones which come and go ...

And I plan to keeeeeep writing them poems and short stories.

Also, one of my friends mentioned a comic about the group, and I thought that was a good idea. So now I can't wait for the holidays cos I've suddenly realised how many ideas and projects I could actually do ...

If anyone has any more ideas for me, they're all welcome!

I created this in Microsoft Powerpoint.
YES! You did see that correctly.
Microsoft Powerpoint.
Because I have no camera or any drawing / art software apart from Paint (which is a pretty horrid thing, is you ask me, but it can be used) ... I have to resort to things like this.

Here's how I created it:
With an idea in mind, I got a picture from Google Images.
Then I put two more pictures on it. They were (sized down considerably):
I cropped the latter one.
Then I put them where I wanted on the main image (the one of a giant library). Sepia toned it ... or maybe it was black and white? Either. Can't remember.
I then typed over the pictures in white Courier New, and "saved as picture"
Just so you know, I have no idea what the white strip along the side is. I should probably crop it out ...

There you have it.

So ... any comments on it?

I wrote this at the end of October, early November, I think. And I was damn proud of it. So, what do yas think? Ought I have been proud of it or not? Is there anything I could do to improve it?
